With 39 years of experience in healthcare operations, medical billing, compliance, and revenue cycle management, she brings a depth of expertise that is both rare and operationally grounded.

Davia began her career as a nurse, a foundation that continues to shape the way she approaches provider relationships, patient financial experience, and practice-level decision-making. That clinical background, combined with decades of operational leadership, gives her a perspective that most billing and consulting professionals cannot offer. She understands healthcare from both sides of the encounter, and that distinction matters.

Over the course of her career, Davia has worked across a wide range of practice environments, including mental and behavioral health, OB/GYN, and group practices at various stages of growth. Her expertise spans the full revenue cycle, from credentialing and payer contracting through AR management, denial resolution, and compliance oversight.
